During his career Glenn specialised in domestic and international estate and tax planning for individuals including trusts, wills and related schemes. Glenn also acquired in-depth expertise in probate and both UK and international estate administration, immigration, heritage property, landed estates and Court of Protection. Glenn was listed in the Citywealth Leading Lawyers Honours List 2009, Citywealth Top 20 Lawyers 2010 and was named Lawyer of the Year in the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2011.

Career
Glenn began his career at Coward Chance (Clifford Chance). He was made a partner on his move to Alsop Wilkinson (DLA Piper) in 1991 and joined the Lawrence Graham partnership in 1998. In 2010 he moved to Berkeley Law as one of the founding partners. He was then Partner at Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth.
